From your order to your content.

Before you transfer

Review the product description, included content and USD price. Buying requires a ChatGPT account; use the same account to return to your purchases. Contact us before paying about suitability, review time or refunds.

Paying with Whish

1. Create an order on the product page, then open the Whish app. The website does not charge your wallet.
2. Transfer the displayed amount to the number shown in your order after verifying the recipient name, currency and any fees in Whish.
3. Submit the Whish transaction reference on your order page. Never submit a password or verification code.
4. The owner reviews the transfer manually. Do not pay again while waiting; a submitted reference is not proof of payment.

Access and support

After receipt is confirmed, open “My purchases” with the same account, then your product. Approval is manual, not instant, and there is no automatic notification: return to your order status or contact us. OMT is not enabled on this site.

If a transfer went wrong, contact us before sending more money. Approving or rejecting an order does not automatically refund funds. Refund requests are handled through support, subject to the agreed policy and any rights that apply to you.
